Greg has made such a positive change in my body and my attitude. He has helped me get strong and feel better about the changes in my life. Truly, I feel and look better than I have in years. My workouts will continue until ….well….forever! Thanks Greg!!

Prior to starting with Greg, I was on the same 3 sets, 10 reps workout as most of my other fellow gym rats. The workouts were boring, I wasn't seeing progress, and I was losing motivation. Greg helped develop a plan that focused on total body, functional strength. No two workouts were the same, and they all kicked my butt! As we progressed, I saw big changes in my strength and body composition. I was able to do more pull-ups, push-ups, and other exercises than ever before. This led to me being able to compete and finish in my first adventure race - 11.5 miles, mud, obstacles, and pain. I finished side-by-side with Greg, and I know I wouldn't have been able to do that with my previous routine. I look forward to setting and meeting new goals with Good Fight!

I have been working out with Greg for several years. When I started with him, my goal wasn't necessarily to lose weight (although that's a great side effect) but I wanted to feel better about my body and stronger than before we started. The fact that I can do more push-ups in one sitting than most of my male friends proves my goals were met; and did I mention I've dropped about 10 lbs since we started working out together?

The thing I truly appreciate about working out with Greg is not only the creative ways he makes the workout fun and efficent (mutli-muscle workouts that use my limited time wisely) but the way he approachs health and fitness wholistically. Over the years, he's given me advice on nutrition, supplements, and ways to complement the workouts we do. I also appreciate that sometimes our workout sessions double as therapy sessions. I come out of a workout with a better physical and mental status!
